You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement tools that improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across our entities.

The role blends systems thinking with hands-on execution, ranging from managing integrations and automations to supporting ERPNext administration and configuration, digital adoption, and governance frameworks. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to use technology not just for productivity, but as an enabler of collaboration and collective intelligence within the Catalyst ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  1. Support ERPNext administration and configuration (user setup, workflows, data management)
  2. Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and IT teams to improve digital processes
  3. Manage vendor relationships and track project milestones
  4. Build automations and integrations using Python, APIs, Google Workspace, Power BI, etc.
  5. Drive digital tool adoption across the Catalyst Group
  6. Apply systems thinking to solve operational challenges

Required Skills:

  1. Basic understanding of enterprise systems and ability to support ERPNext administration and configuration, including user setup, workflow creation, and data management
  2. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, and IT) to document requirements, resolve implementation issues, and improve digital processes
  3. Exposure to project coordination or vendor management, including maintaining documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring quality delivery
  4. Working knowledge of common automation and integration tools (Python scripts, APIs, Google Workspace, Power BI, or similar) and a willingness to learn new systems quickly
  5. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail, process discipline, and a structured approach to problem-solving
  6. Good communication and collaboration abilities, with comfort engaging both technical and non-technical teams to enable smooth adoption of digital tools across Catalyst Group

Preferred Skills:

  1. Prior experience with ERPNext, Odoo, or any enterprise resource planning system
  2. Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (Wrike, Trello, Jira, or Asana)
  3. Basic understanding of data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau
  4. Interest in AI and process automation to improve internal efficiency and decision-making
  5. Exposure to documentation and knowledge management systems such as Notion, Confluence, or Google Workspace
  6. Experience working in multi-entity or social enterprise environments where coordination across teams and systems is key
