Role Summary: Support the MSME team in executing projects, conducting research, coordinating

activities, and tracking performance to drive impactful outcomes for MSMEs, social enterprises, and

women-owned enterprises, fostering better profitability, growth, and competitiveness. Contribute

to capacity building, service provision, and facilitating strategic linkages to strengthen enterprise

sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research & Data Management: Conduct sector-specific research, develop tools, and maintain the database to inform project strategies.
  2. Project Support & Coordination: Facilitate project planning and scheduling; coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and aligned execution.
  3. Documentation & Reporting: Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and visual dashboards; and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  4. Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor project activities, address roadblocks, and support continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.


Eligibility

1. Education & Certifications: Master’s in Business Administration, Development Management, or a relevant field.

2. Domain Experience: Essential experience working with MSMEs, Women-led Enterprises, Social Enterprises, or Community-Based Enterprises.

3. Experience: 0-3 years in project management, operations, or program implementation with cross-functional team coordination.

4. Skills: Strong planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and proficiency in project management tools.

5. Mindset & Approach: Seeking individuals with a growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adaptability, and willingness to travel if needed.
