Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Program Manager in the day-to-day planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities.
  2. Maintain project trackers, timelines, meeting calendars, deliverable schedules, databases, and other project documentation.
  3. Coordinate with cluster teams and factories to support onboarding and implementation of heat-resilience, worker wellbeing, and occupational health and safety interventions.
  4. Coordinate with nurses, doctors, factory teams, and workers for the telehealth programme, including consultation scheduling, referrals, follow-ups, and case tracking.
  5. Support the implementation of Heat Action Plans, early-warning dashboards, trainings, Climate Care Hubs, worker feedback mechanisms, and telehealth services.
  6. Consolidate field updates, health-service data, and implementation progress, identify gaps, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, and review updates.
  7. Support the organisation of trainings, factory visits, medical activities, stakeholder meetings, and field monitoring visits, including logistical and administrative coordination.

Skills and Competencies Required

  1. Strong coordination, organisation, follow-up, and time-management skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, and stakeholder requirements with attention to detail.
  3. Strong documentation and reporting skills, including preparation of trackers, meeting notes, presentations, referral records, and progress reports.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate professionally with workers, nurses, doctors, factory teams, and other stakeholders.
  5. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and shared trackers.
  6. Ability to collect, review, consolidate, and maintain project and telehealth data accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
  7. Ability to identify implementation gaps, support practical solutions, work closely with field teams, and travel to project locations when required.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, social work, community development, development studies, management, social sciences, occupational health, or a related field.
  2. One to two years of relevant experience in project coordination, programme implementation, field operations, or development-sector projects.
  3. Experience in public health, worker wellbeing, occupational health and safety, telehealth, digital health, climate resilience, community-based programmes, livelihoods, or factory-based interventions will be preferred.
  4. Experience coordinating with nurses, doctors, healthcare providers, field teams, government departments, private-sector partners, communities, or technical teams will be an advantage.
