  1. Strategy & Design: Lead strategy, program designs, and workplans using Participatory Action Research (PAR) and social-ecological systems (SES) thinking.
  2. ​​Learning, Knowledge & Adaptation: Capture lessons through after-action reviews, generate research-backed reports and knowledge products, and ensure insights are translated into project design, scale-up, and policy pathways.
  3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Facilitate alignment and collaboration between researchers, field teams, funders, and partners, while mentoring and building the capacity of internal teams. Navigate power dynamics with sensitivity and ensure strong delivery capabilities across the board.
  4. Delivery, Quality & Risk Management: Ensure disciplined execution with robust budgeting, resource forecasting, adaptive management, and quality assurance; maintain compliance with donor, legal, ethical, and safeguarding standards.
