Program Associate
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and
ensure timely delivery while managing risks and challenges.
2. Industry & Domain Expertise: Apply domain knowledge to improve processes, ensure
quality, and mitigate risks for effective execution.
3. Team Coordination & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors,
and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
4. Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Track project progress, resolve roadblocks, and
optimize processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
5. Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, optimise
resource allocation, and ensure financial efficiency.
Eligibility
1. Education & Certifications: Master’s in Business Administration, Development Management,
or a relevant field.
2. Domain Experience: Essential experience working with FPOs, MSMEs, Social Enterprises, or
Community-Based Enterprises.
3. Experience: 4-7 years in project management, operations, or program implementation with
cross-functional team coordination.
4. Skills: Strong planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and
proficiency in project management tools.
5. Mindset & Approach: Seeking individuals with a growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a
strong sense of ownership and initiative. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adaptability,
and willingness to travel if needed.
