Position: People Process Partner

Role Purpose: The People Process Partner is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of people processes across the employee lifecycle while partnering with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness, employee experience, and organizational capability. The role balances operational excellence (70%) with strategic people initiatives (30%) to support business growth and organizational objectives.


The core responsibilities are:

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management



Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  1. Coordinate recruitment processes from requisition approval to onboarding.
  2. Ensure hiring documentation, offer management, and joining formalities are completed within timelines.
  3. Facilitate onboarding and induction journeys.
  4. Monitor probation completion process and confirmations.

Employee Lifecycle Administration

  1. Manage employee records and HRMS updates.
  2. Handle transfers, promotions, role changes, deputations, and separations.
  3. Ensure accurate documentation throughout employee lifecycle.

Employee Query Resolution

  1. Serve as first point of contact for employee-related concerns.
  2. Resolve policy, process, and system-related queries.
  3. Ensure positive employee experience through timely support.

HR Data, Reporting & Documentation

  1. Maintain HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
  2. Generate periodic reports on hiring, attrition, attendance, leave, and employee demographics.
  3. Ensure data integrity within HR systems.

Performance & Learning Process Administration

  1. Coordinate PMS cycles.
  2. Track goal setting, reviews, and performance documentation.
  3. Support learning nominations and completion tracking.


Strategic HR Partnering & Organization Development


Workforce Planning Support

  1. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
  2. Support manpower planning and organizational structuring exercises.
  3. Identify staffing trends and risks.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  1. Analyze employee feedback and engagement data.
  2. Recommend interventions to improve employee experience.
  3. Support engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.

Talent & Capability Development

  1. Identify capability gaps through performance and business reviews.
  2. Support implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  3. Contribute to succession and talent discussions.

Process Improvement & Automation

  1. Review HR processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
  2. Drive automation and digitization initiatives.
  3. Improve process compliance and user experience.

Business Partnering

  1. Act as a trusted advisor for managers on people-related matters.
  2. Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness discussions.
  3. Provide people insights to aid decision-making.
