Manager - Evidence Building & Learning

Core Function: Translate the AR strategy into operational systems and outputs, ensuring effective tracking of implementation fidelity, overseeing the development of robust MIS, facilitating model-improvement cycles, and evidence generation across models.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Workstream Implementation - Operationalize AR workstreams across assigned models to ensure fidelity & intensity tracking, monitoring systems, model improvement cycles, and evidence building
  2. Model-level coordination - Work closely with program and model leads to ensure alignment between implementation, data systems, and learning processes
  3. Evidence Reviews & Learning Cycles - Convene monthly evidence reviews across models, support quarterly learning and reflection processes, facilitate translation of insights into: action points and model adjustments
  4. MIS & Data Use - Oversee implementation of dashboards and reporting systems to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and quality
  5. Innovation Cycle Management - Support design, execution, and documentation of specific innovation testing across program cycles
  6. Team Supervision - Manage the associates, facilitate learning, and build their capacities to ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 8-10 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, or research, preferably in health, livelihoods, or social sector programs.
  2. Demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS/STATA/R/Excel) and familiarity with digital data collection platforms (SurveyCTO, Kobo, CommCare).
  4. Strong writing and visualization skills (dashboards, briefs, infographics).
