Role: The Program Associate - MEAL, will be responsible for strong coordination & communication with our internal coalitions to ensure reporting, review & alignment. 


Responsibilities :

  1. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning: Work closely with CAC Lead, and Coalition Leads & and MEAL team to co-develop:
  2. Monitoring Trackers & systems
  3. Help MEAL team in evangelising these trackers/systems to different teams & assist teams in setting up processes 
  4. Conduct periodic coalition partner surveys for feedback
  5. Gather requirements from Internal teams on MEAL requirements and communicate the same with the MEAL team. 
  6. Internal Coordination & Documentation:
  7. Meeting Facilitation & Minutes taking
  8. Co-creating Work plans with different teams & tracking 
  9. Assist the Communications Team in building a Communication Strategy as per the requirements of the CAC and Coalition Leads
  10. Organising Reviews & Facilitating with support from Coalition Lead
  11. Program Brief development or other similar documentation as required
  12. Coordination & communicating processes & anchoring the data reporting mechanisms in place

Skills:

Mandatory

  1. An overall proficiency in Microsoft Office Environment and Google (Mail, Drive, Photos).

Desirable

  1. Developing Basic dashboards on G-sheets or Looker Studio
  2. Google Sheet Scripting & Automation

 

Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge of Indian development challenges.
  2. Familiarity with Theory of Change and Results Language.
  3. Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework, methods, and tools.
  4. A basic understanding of statistical principles, methods, and tools for analysis.
  5. Experience in using various monitoring, evaluation, and learning tools is an advantage.

Qualification: - A Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management or Rural Development or similar subjects. 


Experience - 2+ years of experience in managing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning functions.


Language - Fluency in English and Hindi (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
