Lead Generation & Outreach

  1. Actively source leads through on-ground visits, community outreach, industry events, and coordination with local trade bodies and government agencies.
  2. Execute lead engagement initiatives such as cold calls, field interactions, and walk-in campaigns to generate qualified prospects.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely capture of lead data using CRM systems or relevant tracking tools.
  4. Contribute directly to revenue generation targets by converting qualified leads into active program participants, in alignment with organizational expectations.
  5. Track and report lead performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis:
  6. Number of leads generated
  7. Leads contacted
  8. Lead conversion or eligibility status
  9. Revenue generated from onboarded MSMEs


MSME Engagement & Onboarding

  1. Conduct consistent field visits to identify and engage potential MSMEs in target regions.
  2. Effectively communicate the benefits of the program to prospective MSMEs to encourage participation.
  3. Assist MSMEs throughout the onboarding process, ensuring completion of documentation and activation steps.
  4. Follow up regularly with newly onboarded MSMEs to ensure their integration and active participation in ongoing projects.


Project Facilitation & Support

  1. Act as the primary on-ground liaison for MSMEs, offering hands-on assistance and addressing operational concerns.
  2. Provide end-to-end support during events, workshops, or special drives to ensure successful MSME participation.
  3. Drive inclusion efforts by ensuring active involvement from priority segments, such as Women-Owned Businesses.
  4. Address MSME concerns efficiently on-site or escalate to the relevant teams for timely resolution.


Stakeholder Relationship Management

  1. Cultivate strong relationships with local associations, chambers of commerce, NGOs, and government departments to amplify outreach.
  2. Maintain a customer-first approach by understanding MSME challenges and ensuring consistent, solution-oriented engagement.
  3. Promote word-of-mouth growth by encouraging repeat participation and gathering referrals from satisfied MSMEs.


Reporting & Communication

  1. Submit structured and timely reports on daily field activities, including lead status, MSME engagement, and challenges faced.
  2. Share actionable insights and feedback received from the field to support process improvement and program optimization.
  3. Actively participate in team meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with field targets and organizational goals.


Knowledge & Training

  1. Stay informed about ongoing program updates, new initiatives, policy changes, and organizational priorities.
  2. Follow established processes for CRM usage, lead reporting, MSME onboarding, and documentation handling.
