Business Analyst
TOR: Business Analyst - Social Business
Reports To: Head of Social Business Archetype
Organization: Catalyst Management Services | Location: Bangalore
The Social Business Archetype at Catalyst Management Services operates six integrated social business models serving communities including farmers, fisherfolk, dairy, street vendors, sex workers, Kirana stores. Unlike traditional social impact programs, the Social businesses deliver twin objectives of improving livelihood and health of the communities (with climate cross cutting) along with commercial success generating "Freedom Capital" - regenerative revenue streams funding our broader mission while achieving financial sustainability.
This is NOT a traditional MEL role. We need someone who thinks like a business analyst and an impact evaluator - managing measurement, evaluation, and learning for a portfolio that must succeed both commercially and socially.
Our 2035 Goals: 5M people benefited | ₹600 Crore turnover | Self-sustaining revenue streams
