Job Role : Asst. Manager HR - Delhi

Department : Human Resource


The role holder will be required to assist in talent acquisition, ensuring performance management as per norms established, assist in developing and delivering employee engagement initiatives, understand the requirements and work towards delivering personal and role development requirements for employees, and ensure all policy directives are followed meticulously. 


The role requires that the person have the capability of understanding the business that the role serves and aligning with the business requirements to support the business. This will imply understanding of jobs within the business and the competencies required to deliver on the job. The role works closely with the business leadership and acts as an extension of the HR function in the location. 


The detailed specifications of the job include all activities required to deliver on the role. 


The selected candidate will be given a detailed description of the elements of the role that will form the basis of the assessment of performance of the selected individual. 

The best-suited candidate will be one who has experience working closely with business, has experience in designing and delivering training modules that have an impact on the individual and the business. Prior experience in sales training, business process training, customer service training and similar would be ideal. 

Knowledge of core HR processes would be required, but if not immediately present, can be developed in the selected individual.
