1. Organizing and managing the agri demonstrations in the given geography
2. Providing guidance and supporting to the team members and given targets and monitor for effective implementation of agri demonstrations and trainings /advisory 
3. Establish and Develop agri Clusters - Identify suitable locations for developing given agri crops.
4. Work closely with local farmers to encourage participation and provide necessary support for cluster development. 
5. Organize and Conduct Training Sessions - Plan and execute training programs for farmers on crop cultivation practices, soil and water conservation, and sustainable farming technologies. 
6. Organize necessary ToTs to the Activators and ABAs to conduct the training and Capacity building programmes for effective field execution. 
7. Utilize local experts, extension workers for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Sustainable Agriculture Practices (SAP)
8. Identify and execute the agricultural enterprises such as agri allied - Goat, Sheep, poultry etc.,
9. Adhering the organization and project systems and procedures without fail.
10. Develop and execute the project work plan with the support of the Project Manager
11. Support and cooperate with the Project Manager to ensure the project deliverables
12. Plan, Participate and attend the review location and organizational reviews and planning meetings as per the protocals .
13. Develop and submit the necessary reports and documentation within the stipulated time.
14. Coordinate and support other core team members of the project and ensure the timely completion of the project deliverables.
15. Use and manage the necessary technology and ensure the implementation of the project
16. Coordinate and build relations with the organization level units and departments for the project needs. 
17. Build sound relationship with Vikramgad LTPCT local partners and local key stakeholders
18. Ensure the time to time submission of bills and financial clearances
19. Adopt and ensure the organization culture across the team members
20. Overall you have to deliver the project committed physical and financial achievements
